Then I realised if I didnt go back and sew some more of green and red left over squares I was never ever going to get this box of scraps under control...so I cut loose!
Happy quilting Sue.
I was just popping in to read some of my favorite bloggers, after a six month absence! Then I saw that there was this draft post, so figure...
It all looks good, Sue. And when you run out of scraps just holler. I have plenty! : )
ReplyDeleteLooks like your making progress on emptying the scrap box. I'm also making 4 patches for the RSC.
ReplyDeleteI love your ideas, Sue. You are great.
ReplyDeleteI do love the rainbow scrap quilts. Your blocks are looking good!
ReplyDeleteLooks good, and I also am linking up, and actually am doing something for me!!
ReplyDeleteYes, go for it, cut loose and enjoy whatever color needs to be tame, lol. I am not done with the green either. So there's at least you and I in this dance to catch up. Lovely blocks. ;^)
ReplyDeleteYour stars with the corner blocks will make a lovely rainbow. ,Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteGood job taming those scraps. Now they're in usable bits.
ReplyDeleteGlad that you are making a dent in the scraps. Having plenty of neutrals to go with all the colors is a huge help. Great progress!
ReplyDeleteWay to make your scraps work for you!!
ReplyDeleteso please you made it to the party..........lovely blocks...........
ReplyDeletesuch gorgeous happy colours!!
ReplyDeleteOh what fun and happy blocks!
ReplyDeleteI have a hard time keeping enough background neutrals on hand to use with my rainbow scraps too. Although it's also fun to combine two color families in one block!
ReplyDeleteEvery now and then you just have to go rogue - looks like you did a great job of it!
ReplyDeleteAll these beautiful blocks keep making me want to start more quilts! Must finish ones I've started first!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a great bag, and you did a good job. Can one ever have too many bags? And bags with pockets are even better. :)
